Can we install Chamasoft on our own server?
No. Chamasoft is a hosted model only. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don’t have to worry about anything.
What are Bank feeds?
Bank feeds let you automatically import account transactions into Chamasoft from your bank or other financial institution. Once bank feeds are up and running, you’ll no longer need to receive deposits. A notification appears which enables you to reconcile deposits without recording the deposit manually. This feature is currently available to equity bank clients only.
What happens if I receive a Payment without an Invoice?
Chamasoft automatically reconciles all the deposits with their respective invoices. If you record a deposit with no invoice, the system automatically takes it as a prompt payment and its recorded as a negative figure.
We have an accountant who is not a member of our Chama. Is it possible to give him access rights without making him a member?
