Sometimes you may need to deactivate your account. This can be necessary in the case where you might have created a double account and you wish to deactivate one.

If you no longer wish to use Chamasoft and you are still receiving invoices, you can also deactivate your account to stop receiving invoices/ notifications.

To deactivate your account kindly contact Chamasoft support 0733366240 and request for deactivation.

You can also send an email to info@chamasoft.com, state your group name and phone number and request for deactivation.

Please note that once an account is deactivated, you can no longer retrieve the information in it or reactivate the account.
